We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team in a part-time role, focused on supporting our Personal Lines department. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys detail-oriented work, and is interested in exploring a career in the insurance industry. The position will provide the applicant the opportunity to be part of an experienced team, learn the insurance industry, and become a licensed insurance agent.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with reviewing and rating existing client insurance programs for their renewal terms.
  • Identify opportunities to improve coverage and/or reduce costs for existing clients upon renewal.


  • Work closely with the Personal Lines team to learn best practices and gain hands-on experience in client service and policy management.


  • Support the department with administrative and follow-up tasks related to client accounts.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and ability to work well in a team environment.


  • Comfortable with basic computer systems and willingness to learn industry-specific tools.


  • No prior insurance experience is required - we will provide training.
