The Employment Resource Center (ERC) serves as the recruiting and onboarding hub for our operations across multiple states. We are seeking a Employment Admin to support recruiting, onboarding, employment administration, and talent acquisition initiatives while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced business environment.

This role is designed for someone seeking practical experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, and Human Resources.

Position Summary

The Employment Admin will support the day-to-day operations of the Employment Resource Center by assisting with recruiting activities, candidate communications, onboarding coordination, reporting, and employment administration.

This role provides exposure to the full employee lifecycle and offers practical experience working alongside recruiting and employment professionals in a growing organization.

Essential ResponsibilitiesRecruiting Support
  • Assist with maintaining job openings across recruiting platforms and job boards.
  • Review incoming applications and assist with candidate screening activities.
  • Schedule interviews, phone screens, hiring events, and orientation sessions.
  • Communicate with applicants regarding application status, interviews, and onboarding requirements.
  • Support recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Maintain candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assist with high-volume full-cycle recruiting activities.
  • Support candidate sourcing and recruiting outreach efforts.
Administrative Support
  • Generate recruiting and onboarding reports.
  • Assist with data entry and system updates.
  • Coordinate pre-employment activities including background checks and drug screenings.
  • Support onboarding and new hire documentation processes.
  • Support the ERC team with general administrative duties and special projects.
QualificationsPreferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
