The Woodhouse Day Spa strives to create a unique spa experience for each of our guests and cannot achieve this without talented therapists who have passion for what they do!

More specifically, our qualified spa coordinator:
  • Supports the spa manager in the day to day duties
  • Great computer skills with experience in POS Systems especially Millenium,or Meevo
  • Minimum 2 years of college in hospitality or comparable field, or similar experience in spa management
  • Orchestrates the spa schedule and ensures proper guest flow
  • Assist with scheduling groups and parties, assist with spa events
  • Rocks sales numbers by providing gift card and retail recommendations
  • Ensures a positive, consistent guest experience
  • Should have a minimum 2 years previous spa experience
  • Front desk spa, salon or hotel experience preferred
  • Massage or Esthetics License a plus+
  • Is super organized and has an astute attention for detail, always making sure the place is tidy and everyone has marching orders for the day
  • Only experienced candidates with spa, hotel, or salon experience need apply
