POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for leading Bahama Buck’s digital marketing strategy, planning, and execution to drive guest acquisition, engagement, retention, and sales growth. This role serves as the strategic leader for digital marketing, ensuring consistency across all digital channels and developing integrated, full-funnel marketing plans that support business objectives. This position provides leadership to digital marketing team members and agency partners while establishing a cohesive digital ecosystem that delivers a seamless guest experience from awareness through loyalty and retention. The ideal candidate is a strategic, data-driven marketer with expertise in digital channels, customer journey planning, and team leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Digital Strategy & Planning: Own the development and execution of the digital marketing strategy, including long-term roadmaps aligned with company objectives and evaluation of emerging trends and technologies.
- Full-Funnel Leadership: Develop and oversee full-funnel digital marketing plans spanning awareness, consideration, conversion, loyalty, and retention, ensuring digital campaigns are strategically connected across all touchpoints.
- Digital Channel Leadership: Lead strategy and performance across key channels, including paid media, social media, email, loyalty/CRM, and mobile app marketing.
- Integration & Governance: Ensure consistency in messaging, audience targeting, and guest experience while establishing standards and best practices for cross-functional collaboration.
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop digital marketing team members, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and professional growth.
- Analytics & Optimization: Monitor performance across all digital channels, developing reporting frameworks, and using data insights to identify opportunities for growth.
- Agency Management: Manage relationships with digital agencies and technology partners to ensure they deliver against performance expectations and timelines.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: 7+ years of digital marketing experience with a history of increasing responsibility and 2+ years of people leadership experience.
- Strategic Expertise: Demonstrated success developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing strategies and integrated plans.
- Channel Knowledge: Experience managing digital media, CRM, email marketing, social media, paid digital advertising, SEO, and website initiatives.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to build and analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to connect activity to business outcomes.
- Preferred Background: Franchise, restaurant, or consumer brand experience, particularly with loyalty and retention programs.
- Location: Ability to work onsite full-time at our corporate headquarters in Lubbock, Texas
