  • Responsible for fostering a fun environment

  • Ensures regulatory compliance with all aspects of slot machine maintenance i.e., moves, conversions, and repair
  • Ensures functionality of the slot maintenance system
  • Interacts with Slot Operations personnel and Guests while repairing slot machine functions
  • Previous Slot System experience with ACSC, SDS, CDS etc. preferred
  • Work on special projects as assigned
  • Assist in maintaining adequate stock of parts necessary for repairs
  • Perform preventative maintenance: clean, inspect, adjust, and test various machine parts
  • Perform floor maintenance: trouble shoot and repair machine malfunctions and system problems as they occur during gaming
  • Assist customers with questions and complaints regarding slot machines
  • Provide answers and explanations, and rectify problems as appropriate
  • Must have an outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude
  • Must enjoy hosting others

  • Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guests
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); One to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Electronic/mechanical troubleshooting and use of electronic test equipment experience required (ex: board testers, multi-meters, o-scopes)
  • Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations with co-workers, guests and vendors
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills, must be fluent and literate in English
  • Ability to stand and walk for entire shift and mobility to move easily around entire property
  • Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues
  • Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality
  • While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to stand; walk; and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. The team member frequently is required to talk or hear. The team member is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The team member must occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision
