BINGO AGENT (CALLER | CASHIER)
The Bingo Agent is responsible for performing all operational functions within the Bingo Room. This position encompasses floor service, cage sales, electronic unit setup, game calling, payouts, and customer assistance. The Agent ensures smooth and professional operation of bingo sessions while delivering superior guest service.

What You’ll Do:

  • Sell bingo paper, electronic units, and daubers.
  •  Balance cash drawer, reconcile sales, and issue receipts accurately.
  • Assist guests with seat selection, electronic machine setup, and game rules.
  • Verify winning cards and electronic claims promptly.
  • Deliver payouts with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Rotate as Bingo Caller when assigned.
  • Announce numbers clearly, maintain pace, and ensure game integrity.
  • Engage the audience with professionalism and energy.
  • Prepare the bingo room before sessions (stocking, equipment checks).
  • Operate Planet Bingo/FortuNet systems, flashboards, and PA system.
  • Monitor game progress, jackpots, and side promotions.
  • Answer guest questions on rules, promotions, and jackpots.
  • Resolve disputes calmly and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all players.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong cash-handling accuracy and math skills.
  • Clear speaking voice for calling duties.
  • Ability to multitask between sales, floor, and operations.
  • Basic computer literacy (bingo systems training provided).
  • Excellent customer service, patience, and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Previous casino, bingo, or cash-handling experience preferred.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Nevada Gaming Registration required.
  • Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
