Job description

Job Summary:

Responsible for the selling of bingo cards, call outs and floor verifications in accordance with all company standards, policies, and procedures.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Sell bingo cards to guests in paper and electronic units
  • Maintain and balance own bank
  • Call numbers and operate bingo equipment including call desk
  • Verify winning cards
  • Operate computer system within the bingo department
  • All other duties that may be assigned

Work Environment:

  • Must be willing to work any shift when necessary, including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke

Job Requirements:

  • Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English
  • Must provide excellent customer service and respond calmly when handling guest's needs
  • Basic math skills required
  • Previous experience in money handling required
  • Previous bingo experience preferred
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Experience with Fortunet a plus
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have Gaming Registration or ability to obtain same

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to walk, stand, bend, and sit for 6 hours
  • Must have close vision and distance vision abilities
  • Must be able to lift, carry, pull, or move objects weighing up to 20 pounds
  • Must have manual dexterity in hands and fingers
