Key Responsibilities
  • Install high-end kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, flooring, vanities, and surrounding finish materials with precision.
  • Interpret and execute design plans, blueprints, and sketches accurately.
  • Frame and build structures including window frames, staircases, and interior walls.
  • Install drywall, siding, insulation, hardwood floors, and other finish elements.
  • Perform product inspections and necessary repairs or maintenance.
  • Maintain clean and safe work environments while following OSHA and company safety standards.
  • Set up scaffolding or temporary structures as needed for job execution.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, project managers, and team members.
  • Work independently or collaboratively depending on project scope.
  • Use a variety of tools and materials safely and effectively.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in carpentry, finish work, and custom cabinetry installation.
  • Skilled in accurate measurement, layout, and carpentry techniques.
  • Familiarity with a wide range of construction tools and materials.
