To thrive as a Full Time Family Practice RN, you need a solid background in nursing fundamentals, patient assessment, and care planning, supported by an active RN license and typically a BSN degree. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs), clinical documentation systems, and basic diagnostic equipment is essential.
