·         Full Time Family Medicine Physician needed on-going until a permanent physician is hired. Ice Lake Family Health Center in Iron River, Michigan (near the Wisconsin border).

·         Single Physician practice, with support staff

·         Avg patients per day - 20

·         Practice Partner is the EMR

·         8 exam rooms

·         Portable O2 and PulseOx

·         limited laboratory on site

·         Nursing staff, medical records and front office staff in place.

·         Patient demo: 60% adult, 35% Geriatric, 5% Pediatric, no OB

·         Beautiful small community in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. Many sandy bottom lakes in the area, as well as a near-by family recreational facilities where you can enjoy hiking, biking, swimming, golf (9 and 18 hole courses), skiing, fishing, etc.

·         Iron River is just 2.5 hours north of Green Bay Wisconsin. The closest airports are in Iron Mountain. MI and Rhinelander, WI (coming from Minneapolis), Marquette, MI (Coming from Detroit or Chicago) and Houghton, MI (coming from Chicago).

·         Assignment Duration=3-6 months +
