Job description

LeadingResponse is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the full product lifecycle for our performance marketing platform - connecting consumers at critical life moments (legal, financial, healthcare, senior living) with the right professionals at the right time.
This is a builder role with real ownership: you'll define the roadmap, lead AI/ML-driven matching strategy, run experimentation at scale, and drive measurable revenue outcomes. You'll have a dedicated engineering pod, a seat at the table for investment decisions, and the strategic latitude of a startup founder - backed by an established brand and rich proprietary data infrastructure.
We're looking for 5+ years of product experience, FAANG-caliber analytical rigor, and a track record of taking products from 0→1 to meaningful revenue. If you think in systems, ship with velocity, and are radically customer-obsessed - we want to talk.
Competitive compensation. Real autonomy.

Senior Product Manager
Drive the future of performance marketing at scale

About LeadingResponse
LeadingResponse is a premier performance marketing company connecting consumers at critical life moments - legal, financial, healthcare, and senior living - with the right professionals at the right time. We deliver measurable results for our clients through a powerful mix of data science, digital channels, and direct-response expertise. As we accelerate our product-led growth strategy, we are looking for a world-class Senior Product Manager who brings the rigor, creativity, and velocity of top-tier technology companies.
The Opportunity
This is not a typical product role. You will own the full product lifecycle - from identifying unmet consumer and client needs to shipping differentiated online and offline performance marketing products at scale. You will have the strategic latitude of a startup founder combined with the resources and data infrastructure of an established market leader. You will be expected to drive both revenue growth and customer outcomes, with a clear mandate to move fast, experiment boldly, and build products that win. The long-term vision is to build the definitive consumer-to-professional matching platform in high-stakes verticals - and this PM will be instrumental in defining what that platform becomes. You will have clear product ownership, a dedicated engineering pod, and a direct seat at the table for roadmap and investment decisions.
What You'll Own
Product Strategy & Vision
  • Define and own the product roadmap for our online and offline performance marketing portfolio - balancing innovation with execution.
  • Craft a compelling 1-3 year product vision aligned to market trends, competitive dynamics, and LeadingResponse's growth ambitions.
  • Evaluate build, buy, or partner options with analytical rigor; recommend and champion the path that maximizes speed-to-value.
  • Identify and validate new product opportunities through customer discovery, data analysis, and competitive intelligence.

Discovery & Customer Obsession
  • Lead deep customer discovery to develop rich personas, surface pain points, and map the decision journey for both consumers and professional-services clients.
  • Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into sharp problem statements and product hypotheses.
  • Champion a culture of continuous feedback - closing the loop between product, marketing, and sales to ensure the market's voice shapes every decision.
  • Establish a rigorous A/B testing and experimentation framework to de-risk decisions and accelerate learning.

Execution & Delivery
  • Write crisp, high-quality PRDs and user stories that engineering, design, and data teams can execute with confidence and speed.
  • Drive prioritization and trade-off decisions - ruthlessly managing scope, sequencing features for maximum impact, and protecting delivery velocity.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional squads across engineering, data science, marketing, and sales; align stakeholders from ICs to ExCo on a shared product direction.
  • Launch products end-to-end: positioning, pricing, go-to-market, sales enablement, and post-launch iteration.

Analytics & Growth
  • Define KPIs and north-star metrics for every product; build dashboards and reporting cadences that keep the team outcome-oriented.
  • Use quantitative modeling, funnel analysis, and cohort studies to surface growth levers and diagnose underperformance.
  • Drive measurable revenue, margin, and market-share outcomes through a combination of new product launches and optimization of existing portfolio.
  • Stay at the leading edge of performance marketing innovation, ad-tech, and consumer behavior - briefing leadership on emerging trends and competitive shifts.
  • Define the product strategy for AI and ML-driven consumer-to-professional matching - working with data science to move from rules-based routing to intelligent, personalized lead qualification that improves with every interaction.
  • Identify and build toward network effects within our consumer and professional ecosystem - designing feedback loops that compound value on both sides of the marketplace over time.

What We're Looking For
Required Experience
  • 5+years of product management or product marketing experience, ideally in performance marketing, ad-tech, MarTech, or a high-growth consumer internet company.
  • Demonstrated track record of owning a product from 0→1 and scaling it to meaningful revenue - at a company known for product excellence (FAANG-caliber rigor is a strong signal).
  • Deep fluency in product analytics: you can write SQL, interpret regression outputs, and design statistically valid experiments without needing a data scientist hand-holding you.
  • Experience shipping products that required integrating online and offline data, or that served a two-sided marketplace (buyers and service providers).
  • A portfolio of crisp PRDs, strategy memos, or go-to-market plans you can walk us through.

The Person You Are
  • A systems thinker who spots non-obvious connections between consumer behavior, business models, and technology - and turns that into product bets.
  • A world-class communicator: you distill complexity into clarity, write documents that need no presentation, and can hold a room from engineers to the C-suite.
  • Influence-without-authority is your default mode - you build coalition and momentum through logic, data, and genuine respect for every function.
  • A velocity junkie: you default to shipping and iterating rather than over-planning, and you maintain quality without sacrificing speed.
  • Radically customer-obsessed - you have personally conducted dozens of customer interviews and let that voice guide your biggest decisions.
  • An entrepreneur at heart - who operated in an environment where ambiguity and ownership are the norm.
  • High integrity and low ego - you credit the team, escalate problems early, and do what's right for the customer even when it's hard.

Bonus Points
  • Experience in legal, financial services, healthcare, or senior living verticals.
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising, lead generation, or direct-response media.
  • Background in consumer UX / app product management in addition to B2B or growth product.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a top program - or equivalent self-taught rigor demonstrated by your track record.

Why LeadingResponse
Ownership & Impact
You own real Product impact - not just feature delivery. Your work directly drives revenue and consumer outcomes.
Data & Infrastructure
Rich proprietary data assets and modern stack - you'll have the tools to build and experiment at scale.
Stage & Trajectory
Established brand, entrepreneurial pace. Build like a startup without the existential risk.
Competitive Package
Competitive compensation package, and a flexible hybrid environment with real autonomy over your work and roadmap.
Our Interview Process
We respect your time and run a focused, signal-rich interview process.
