Position Summary

As a Senior Systems Management Analyst focusing on Epic Cadence and Referrals, you will partner with clinical and operational leadership to design, optimize, and maintain patient scheduling and referral workflows. You will enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clinical and operational leaders to design and optimize Epic Cadence scheduling templates, improving access, utilization, and alignment to care delivery goals
  • Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent scheduling optimization requests across specialties and primary care, balancing local needs with enterprise access strategies
  • Work closely with operations to translate access objectives into sustainable template structures, standards, and scheduling workflows
  • Maintain and enhance scheduling build (visit types, blocks, rules, and overrides) to ensure consistency, accuracy, and scalability
  • Identify opportunities for standardization and process improvement, partnering with operational teams to reduce variation and manual workarounds
  • Serve as a senior Cadence Access resource, supporting stakeholders with issue resolution, best practices, and guidance on scheduling optimization
  • Partner with referral operations and access teams to align referral workflows with scheduling templates, ensuring timely and appropriate patient access to care
  • Collaborate on referral optimization efforts (work queues, prioritization, and routing) to improve conversion from referral to scheduled visit and reduce delays in care delivery

You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear directions on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience partnering with clinical and operational leaders to align scheduling and referral workflows with organizational access goals
  • 3 years of working knowledge of referral workflows and their integration with scheduling, including work queues, prioritization, and conversion to visits
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing scheduling and access initiatives in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
