Job description

Location: Miami, Fl
Salary: $55,000 – $62,400 annually
Schedule: Full-time – must be available for 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call duties.

Description:
We are seeking an HVAC-R and General Maintenance Supervisor with at least 5 years of experience in climate control, refrigeration systems, and general facilities maintenance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, troubleshooting, and repair skills for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC-R systems, along with preventive and corrective maintenance experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and perform maintenance of HVAC-R, electrical, and plumbing systems.

  • Inspect and ensure proper equipment functionality.

  • Respond to emergency maintenance calls.

  • Maintain records of daily activities.

  • Comply with safety policies and PPE requirements.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • EPA 608 Universal Certification.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

  • Ability to read blueprints and electrical diagrams.

  • Flexible schedule availability.

  • Facilities maintenance experience (preferably in hotels or food production).
