Our privately owned Orange County Property Management Company is seeking a full-time Service Technician to join our team!
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
**All Service Technicians must live on site and will receive complimentary housing
  • Performs all required general apartment and facilities maintenance
  • Troubleshoot, repair and perform general plumbing
  • Responsible for the upkeep of the property's landscape, grounds, amenities etc., as well as ensuring the apartments are ready for move in's
  • Conform to all safety rules and use all appropriate safety and personal protection equipment as required
Job Requirements:
  • Electrical and carpentry skills
  • Knowledge of appliance repair and replacement
  • Customer Service
  • Detail-oriented
  • OSHA training preferred
  • HVAC knowledge preferred
  • EPA Section 608 certification preferred
This individual must be available to live on-site at one of our 19 communities within the Orange County area; housing is provided and housing discounts are available for selected floor plans.
