Job Summary: The Atlanta Hawks Live Entertainment and Production department is looking for a full-time assistant during the 2026-2027 season to support the Entertainment Teams and VIP Talent. The ideal candidate should be detail oriented, organized, have the ability to prioritize tasks, hit tight deadlines, and navigate a busy event and game schedule. The primary role is to support the Manager, Entertainment Teams and Coordinator, Entertainment Teams by serving as a liason on game days for Anthem Talent, Halftimes and VIP talent. Lead and manage parking, credentials, scheduling, ticketing, and F&B for all guest performers.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with Manager and serve as primary liaison for Anthem, Halftimes, and Pop-ups.

  • Act as the main point of contact for all Anthem, Halftime and specialty acts from booking through game day execution.
  • Handle communications to VIP talent as needed.
  • Coordinate all talent logistiscs including arrival times, call times, rehearsals, and run of show alignment.
  • Ensure all talent needs and expectations are clearly communicated and executed at a high level.
  • Support onsite execution of performances, including talent check-in, green room management, and stage readiness.

Oversee talent operations and administrative logistics to support a best-in-class guest experience.

  • Manage parking, credentials, ticketing and access for all Anthem, Halftime and VIP talent.
  • Coordinate F&B requests, including catering, family meal, or lounge access for talent and guests.
  • Prepare and distribute detailed game day itineraries and briefing dociments for all game days.
  • Ensure all waivers, releases, and required documentation are completed in advanced of game day.
  • Track and maintain our internal database of all booked talent, potential talent, and related logistics.

Provide cross-functional support to facilities and from office operations as needed.

  • Support reception desk coverage and front office needs during peak times or staff absences.
  • Assist with facilities-related tasks and coordination as needed.
  • Serve as a flexible team resource to support overall department and organizational needs.

Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sport Management, Business Administration or a related field, or 2+ years of experience
