Work Environment

This position offers full-time remote work flexibility, allowing you to provide impactful services while balancing your personal life. Operating within a community health clinic framework, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, utilizing digital tools for streamlined communication and clinical documentation. Our working hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting a structured work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand client needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues, employing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive comprehensive, coordinated care, thus enhancing treatment effectiveness.
  • Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, webinars, and peer consultations to remain abreast of the latest research and evidence-based practices in mental health care.
  • Proactively contribute to the improvement of clinical services by sharing your insights and experiences, fostering a culture of continuous enhancement that directly impacts patient outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients consist of individuals from various backgrounds seeking support for a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. You will work with a diverse demographic that includes young adults, families, and senior citizens, each facing unique life stressors and mental health conditions. Your expertise will help them navigate their personal journeys toward improved mental health.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution is required.
  • Possession of a valid state license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) that allows for independent practice.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating competence in therapeutic techniques and client management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and trust quickly, essential for effective therapy and client engagement.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is preferred, providing familiarity with documentation and client management workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing therapeutic services within community health settings, which enhances understanding of systemic issues affecting mental health.
Compensation and Benefits
