Your Role
As a Nurse Practitioner at PGS, you willdelivercompassionatepsychiatric care to residents inskillednursing andlong-termcare settings. You will workautonomously while stayingconnectedto a robust clinical andadministrative support team.
KeyResponsibilities:
โ€ข Conduct on-sitepsychiatricassessments and medicationmanagement
โ€ข Coordinate careand consult with facility teams(Administrator,Director ofNursing, Social Services)
โ€ข Adhereto state andfederalclinical guidelines and PGS protocols
โ€ข Educatestaffand support holistic, patient-centered care
