About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Reproductive Endocrinologist & Infertility (REI) Physician to join our growing fertility and reproductive medicine practice in Indianapolis, IN. This is an exceptional opportunity to become part of a collaborative, patient-centered team dedicated to delivering advanced fertility care and innovative reproductive technologies.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical and procedural expertise in assisted reproductive technology (ART), including IVF and minimally invasive gynecologic procedures, along with a passion for helping individuals and couples achieve their family-building goals.

Key Responsibilities Clinical Care & Fertility Management
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage infertility and reproductive endocrine disorders
  • Develop individualized fertility treatment plans for patients and couples
  • Provide comprehensive reproductive counseling and education regarding fertility options, treatment protocols, and expected outcomes
  • Manage early pregnancy care following fertility treatment
Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART)
  • Perform advanced fertility treatments including:
    • Ovulation induction
    • Intrauterine insemination (IUI)
    • In vitro fertilization (IVF)
    • Embryo transfer procedures
  • Perform oocyte retrievals and embryo transfers
  • Interpret diagnostic studies including:
    • Pelvic ultrasound
    • Hormonal laboratory testing
    • Semen analysis
    • Genetic screening/testing
Surgical & Procedural Responsibilities
  • Conduct minimally invasive gynecologic procedures including hysteroscopy and laparoscopy
  • Maintain high standards of procedural excellence and patient safety
Collaboration & Program Development
  • Work closely with embryologists, nursing staff, financial counselors, and administrative teams to coordinate patient care
  • Partner with IVF laboratory teams for cycle planning and management
  • Contribute to clinical protocols, quality initiatives, and outcomes tracking
  • Support growth and development of fertility programs including:
    • Donor egg/sperm programs
    • Gestational carrier programs
    • Fertility preservation services
Qualifications
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
  • Fellowship-trained in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (REI)
  • Active or eligible Indiana medical license
  • Strong experience in assisted reproductive technologies and high-volume IVF programs
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient counseling skills
  • Experience with EMR systems and fertility-specific clinical workflows preferred
