Job description

IVI RMA North America has a need for an Embryology Administrative Specialist for our Basking Ridge, NJ location. This is a full-time role working Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm.

Job Purpose: This position assists the entire embryology laboratory department in administrative areas by performing laboratory paperwork functions as well as some minor technical work. This is a responsible position that requires supervision. This position works with instruction or direction from the laboratory director or designate.

Essential Functions and Accountabilities:

  • Performs embryology lab administrative duties
  • Responsible for contacting vendors for ordering and managing inventory
  • Scheduling of embryology lab appointments
  • Coordinate with patients the handling of Incoming/outgoing embryos and oocytes
  • Assist with embryology operations
  • Assist the U.S.clinics as needed with administrative duties

Academic Training:

  • Associates degree or higher

Position Requirements/Experience:

  • No experience necessary

Technical Skills:

  • Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience
  • Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook
