Job Description

This full-time Electrical Superintendent role based in Raleigh, NC focuses on overseeing field operations for commercial electrical construction projects. The position ensures that all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget while upholding high standards of quality, code compliance, and crew performance. The role is ideal for an experienced commercial electrical professional seeking a senior-level leadership opportunity with a growing organization.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of electrical crews on commercial job sites to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
  • Ensure all electrical work is performed in accordance with project plans, specifications, the National Electrical Code (NEC), local building codes, and established safety standards.
  • Manage site logistics, including material deliveries, equipment usage, and resource allocation to support continuous workflow.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and inspectors to resolve field issues and maintain project momentum.
  • Conduct regular safety meetings, communicate safety expectations, and enforce all safety protocols on the job site.
