Electrical Maintenance Technician – Goshen, IN (1st Shift, Direct Placement)

Job Description:

Metal fabrication & assembly facility specializing in producing chassis components for vehicles and is part of a global leadership brand in this space.

The company is currently looking for an Electrical Maintenance Technician with experience in power distribution and electrical schematic reading, and who is comfortable working with live production equipment.

Available Shifts – 1 Opening:

  • 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (Monday – Friday)

Starting Rate:

  • $30/hr. - $35/hr.+, based on experience and electrical skill level

Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite, Direct Placement

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on both older and newer industrial equipment
  • Strong emphasis on electrical skills and troubleshooting on industrial machinery
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems
  • Work with a variety of mechanical and electrical equipment, including Robotic welders, manual welders, presses, conveyors, pneumatics, saws, ovens, and powder coating machinery
  • Support overall plant operations by minimizing downtime and ensuring equipment reliability

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of industrial maintenance experience and focus on electrical
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
