Job description


Join our team in Warsaw, IN, a vibrant community known for its rich history and dynamic business environment. We are seeking a motivated individual to contribute to our facilities and electrical projects.
Must Have:
  • Ability to bend conduit, properly size wire and breakers for circuits.
  • Perform aerial work, trace circuits, wire and hang transformers, install bus plugs.
  • Strong electrical troubleshooting skills and background in machine installations.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Knowledge of common components such as sensors, motors, relays, connectors, and power supplies.
  • Experience working from aerial lifts, understanding of LOTO, and capability of climbing ladders for rooftop access.
Nice to Have:
  • General industrial work skills and ability to work safely.
  • Understanding of industrial fire codes.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments.
Responsibilities:
Working alongside our Facilities/Electrician, you will perform electrical installations and repairs. Tasks will range from solo assignments to collaborative projects, including:
  • Electrical work and troubleshooting.
  • Facilities tasks such as hanging monitors/TVs, equipment repairs, general construction, and moving/installing equipment.
  • Installation of data and air lines.
Technical Skills Required:
  • Electrical work experience and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency in bending conduit, sizing wire and breakers, and performing aerial work.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
Education and Experience:
  • Electrical work experience required.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Baccalaureate degree required.
