- coordinating the closing, reviewing and inputting title information, and managing closing logistics from file opening through completion. <\/span><\/span>

\- Demonstrated experience drafting and delivering core real\-estate closing documents (deeds, agreements of sale, affidavits) with accuracy suitable for recording\/closing. <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

\- Experience supporting multiple attorneys and handling related practice\-area work (e.g., debt collection) as assigned, showing ability to manage a mixed <\/span><\/span>caseload.<\/span><\/span>
