  • Regularly collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and rehabilitation specialists, to ensure integrated care and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing patient progress.
  • Maintaining accurate and thorough documentation of all patient interactions, treatment modalities, progress notes, and discharge plans to support continuity of care.
  • Meeting productivity and efficiency metrics while prioritizing patient experience and accessibility of care, addressing any barriers a patient might face to successful rehabilitation.
  • Participating in community outreach initiatives and organizational development projects to enhance public awareness of orthopedic rehabilitation services.
  • Engaging in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities, including becoming a clinical instructor, to stay updated on best practices and innovations in physical therapy.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses on a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, athletes wanting to return to their sport, and patients dealing with chronic pain or mobility challenges. We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, paired with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance to support your health and wellness.
  • Generous paid time off policy to ensure work-life balance.
