Symmetry IT is seeking a results-driven Business Development Sales Representative to expand our managed IT and cybersecurity services across industries such as healthcare, hospitality, and professional services. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Coral Gables, FL. The position requires local travel across the city for meetings, networking events, and client visits, with occasional travel to other cities for business development opportunities.
What You'll Do:
Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Hunt for new clients through social media outreach, cold calling, grassroots tactics, and in-person networking events.
- Build and execute prospecting campaigns tailored to healthcare, hospitality, and professional industries.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads to create a steady pipeline of opportunities.

Sales Strategy & Execution
