Nestled at the base of the Franklin Mountains, El Paso offers more than 300 days of sunshine each year, breathtaking desert landscapes, rich cultural traditions, incredible food, and one of the friendliest communities in Texas. It's the perfect place to build a meaningful career while enjoying an exceptional quality of life.

Licensed in another state? Great! We welcome independently licensed clinicians from all 50 states and U.S. territories.

This is an onsite PRN/On-Demand position supporting a critical federal program.

  • Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
  • Maintain timely clinical documentation and participate in treatment planning.
  • Provide coverage for scheduled shifts, vacations, call-outs, or periods of increased program demand.
  • Advocate for the safety, well-being, and success of every child in your care.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
  • Active, unrestricted independent clinical license in any U.S. state or U.S. territory (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, LMHC, or equivalent).
  • Minimum of two years of post-independent licensure experience.
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, families, or other vulnerable populations.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care and crisis intervention.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in El Paso, Texas, on an as-needed basis.
  • U.S. Citizen.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with unaccompanied minors, foster care, refugee populations, residential treatment, or child welfare.
  • Experience in crisis response or high-acuity behavioral health settings.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Experience working within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Flexible availability to support varying program needs.

Why Join Blue Rose?

At Blue Rose, you'll find more than a PRN position. You'll discover meaningful work that fits your schedule while allowing you to make a tangible difference every time you walk through the door.

We offer:

  • The flexibility to choose PRN shifts that work with your schedule.
  • The opportunity to live and work in beautiful El Paso, where sunshine, mountain views, and a welcoming community create an exceptional place to call home.
  • Texas has no state income tax, allowing you to keep more of what you earn.
  • We welcome clinicians licensed anywhere in the United States, making relocation easier than ever.
  • Meaningful, mission-driven work supporting children during some of the most important moments of their lives.
  • A collaborative team that values compassion, innovation, and service.
