Job description

We are seeking a self-motivated, highly experienced Technical Program Manager to join our engineering organization and drive the development of a critical new module within our large-scale construction management product. This role sits at the intersection of software engineering and complex program delivery, directly shaping how technology transforms the planning, execution, and governance of construction operations across the enterprise.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end program strategy for a flagship module spanning design, development, and integration across our core construction platform. You will partner closely with engineering leads, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to define the technical roadmap, manage dependencies across distributed teams, and ensure seamless integration with existing solution capabilities that power facility planning, project tracking, and build execution worldwide

You will be the driving force behind delivering this module at scale, aligning engineering efforts with business priorities and redefining how teams plan, coordinate, and make decisions across the construction lifecycle.
Key job responsibilities
Define and own the multi-year program strategy for Global Operations Enterprise Services Tech (GOES-T ), aligning technology investments with business priorities, compliance requirements, and long-term operational goals.
Lead the roadmap, and execution of SOURCE as the central nerve system for Amazon's construction portfolio, serving as the compliance and risk hub, project management engine, and event tracker across all Ops construction programs
Architect the integration of compliance frameworks, risk management workflows, and reporting capabilities into SOURCE, ensuring end-to-end visibility across the construction lifecycle
Drive the development and deployment of scalable modules for portfolio-wide event tracking, milestone governance, risk identification, and issue resolution across global construction programs
Develop standardized compliance processes and risk assessment frameworks that balance operational efficiency with regulatory requirements and strategic considerations
Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions using working backwards methodology.
Serve as the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SOURCE and the broader GOES-T compliance and risk ecosystem, supporting teams on implementation, integration, and best practices
Communicate quarterly planing, program status, and risk posture clearly across all levels of the organization
