Job description

Restoration Project Manager
Nampa, ID
Full-time

$50,000–$83,000 + performance bonuses

The Allay Group, LLC is a family-owned, full-service disaster recovery contractor and preferred vendor to 150+ insurers. We’ve engineered a smarter model so PMs can do what they do best: execute and deliver.
Not a Corporate Seat. A Performance Seat.

If you want to punch a clock, sit around, and hand jobs to subs—this isn’t it. We hire performers: leaders who drive production, communicate relentlessly, document accurately, protect budgets, and finish right. No red tape. No babysitting. Results over excuses.

Why Allay (what makes us different):
  • No estimating grind. Our Senior Estimator handles scoping, writing, and carrier agreements.
  • No materials chaos. A Material Selection Coordinator guides clients and orders materials (you approve).
  • You focus on production: schedules, subs, budgets, quality, and client satisfaction.
What You’ll Own:
  • Run multiple reconstruction projects on time, on budget, on scope.
  • Keep files fully documented; job statuses current in carrier-facing platforms.
  • Communicate proactively with homeowners, subs, and internal teams.
  • Approve selections, coordinate deliveries, drive inspections, and close out clean.
  • Hold trades accountable to schedule, safety, and quality.
  • Follow the approved scope—build exactly to Xactimate/CoreLogic line items.
You Are:
  • Detail-obsessed (notes, photos, updates—complete and on time).
  • A time-management pro (plan ahead, prioritize, execute).
  • Reliable, hungry, results-driven (you finish right, not just fast).
  • Strong construction/restoration PM background; fluent with budgets, scopes, and schedules.
  • Able to read Xactimate and CoreLogic scopes (or you can learn fast and prove it).
  • Tech-savvy with project platforms; a steady communicator who keeps people informed and calm.
Comp & Benefits:
  • Base: $50,000–$83,000 DOE + performance bonuses.
  • 100% company-paid Vision & Dental.
  • Simple IRA (3% match).
  • PTO.
  • Relocation considered for the right candidate.
Pre-Employment:
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Clean driving record required.
The Bar Is High—for a Reason:
We’re not corporate. We’re accountable, fast, and proud of our work. If you document, communicate, build to scope, and deliver, you’ll thrive here.
