Job description

Skilled Trades Partners is seeking dependable Laborers to assist with conveyor system installations in Fort Worth. This is a great opportunity for individuals with hands-on mechanical experience who want to grow in the industrial installation field.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist with the installation of conveyor systems in warehouse or manufacturing environments.

  • Use basic hand tools (wrenches, sockets, screwdrivers, etc.) to assemble and install components.

  • Read and follow directions from supervisors and crew leads.

  • Work safely and efficiently as part of a team.

  • Perform material handling, lifting, and general site cleanup as needed.

Requirements
  • Ability to turn nuts and bolts and perform basic mechanical assembly.

  • Must have basic hand tools and required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toe boots).

  • Prior experience in construction, mechanical assembly, or conveyor installation is a plus.

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day.

  • Reliable transportation and strong work ethic are essential.
