Position Summary

The Laborer supports daily operations by performing a variety of manual and physical tasks to assist operational, yard, and route activities. This role is essential to maintaining safe, efficient, and clean operations and may support drivers, mechanics, and supervisors as needed.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general labor duties in support of daily operations
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of yard, shop, and work areas
  • Perform basic equipment, container, or site cleanup as assigned
  • Assist drivers and operations staff as needed
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times
  • Report safety concerns, equipment issues, or hazards immediately
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Ability to perform physically demanding work in an outdoor environment
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50-75 lbs with or without assistance
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality required
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
