This person ensures complete contractor/customer satisfaction while meeting internal requirements.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESContractor Relations Specialist is responsible for:● Manage pre-sold jobs from template to install.● Meet with contractor/customer walk-ins while at the office● Lead customer-centric showroom experience● Prepare and submit customer quotes / estimates● Review and sign all documentation with customers● Answer and return customer phone calls by the end of the day● Perform accurate square footage calculations● Provide prompt solutions to customer concerns● Perform post-installation follow up with customers● Generate positive social media reviews on four platforms MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESEngage in contractor sales activities and conduct professional and compelling sales presentations.
