Business Office Manager

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of the Business Office Manager (BOM) is to assist in the day-to-day accounting functions of the facility in accordance with current acceptable accounting and cost reimbursement principles relating to nursing facility operations.

Essential Duties:

ยทย ย ย ย ย  Assist in implementing the day-to-day functions of the accounting department.

ยทย ย ย ย ย  Maintain and facilitate all invoices; reports; accounting files; monitor and collect accounts receivables; and proper filing in accordance to policies and procedures that govern the accounting functions of the facility.

ยทย ย ย ย ย  Assist in preparing monthly financial statements to include preparing monthly balance sheet, income, and expense reports, etc., as required.

ยทย ย ย ย ย  Assist in the planning and implementation of changes in our accounting system as necessary or directed.
