Overlake Medical Clinics is currently seeking an experiencedFULL TIME.Patient Services Representative for ourFloat Pool. Primary responsibilities include patient registration, scheduling appointments, answering phones, distribution of records throughEPIC(the EMR system) and executing duties in a manner that provides excellent customer service for the patient experience. Primary responsibilities include patient registration, scheduling appointments, answering phones, distribution of records through the EMR system and executing duties in a manner that provides excellent customer service for the patient experience. Must have car. Position has a variable work schedule and requires travel to all OMC clinic locations: Bellevue, Kirkland Redmond, Issaquah, Sammamish, Lake Hills and Newcastle.

Full-time/40 hours per week

Monday - Friday clinic hours

8 hour shifts

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required.

  • Minimum of one (1) year of clerical experience in a medical facility preferred.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills required.

  • Experience with EMR applications, EPIC preferred.
