An energetic and athletic UHNW family is seeking a dynamic Nanny to join their household and support the active lifestyle and development of their children. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for sports and child development, who enjoys being a mentor and positive role model. The family values discretion, emotional intelligence, and a high standard of professionalism in a warm, team-oriented environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and participate in high-energy physical activities and sports with the children, both indoors and outdoors.
  • Encourage healthy routines, sportsmanship, and confidence-building through athletic play and movement-based learning.
  • Plan and facilitate age-appropriate recreational activities including games, crafts, and educational outings.
  • Establish and maintain structured daily routines (meals, naps, activities) that align with the family's parenting approach.
  • Foster a supportive environment that promotes independence, kindness, and personal growth.
  • Travel with the family domestically and internationally, providing full-time childcare support as needed.
  • Work closely with other household staff to ensure a coordinated and harmonious home environment.
  • Maintain excellent communication with parents regarding milestones, activities, and behavior.
  • Provide occasional overnight care and remain flexible to the family's changing needs and schedule.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of full-time, hands-on childcare experience in UHNW or high-profile households.
  • MUST be able to work well on a team.
  • Background in sports, coaching, physical education, or active mentoring is strongly preferred.
  • Strong role model qualities with the ability to balance fun, discipline, and emotional intelligence.
  • Confident swimmer and comfortable engaging in a range of physical and outdoor activities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented and discreet.
  • CPR and First Aid certified.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record; passport-ready for travel.
  • Energetic, positive, and grounded personality with a commitment to child safety and development.
