Job description

The Opportunity
Minden Medical Center is hiring an Information Systems Director to provide Leadership for hospital Information Technology and ensure dependable, secure systems that support patient care. This onsite, full-time role oversees Directing IT Services, aligning daily operations with Healthcare needs and Regulatory Compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Plan, organize, direct, and control information management activities
- Lead strategic and tactical planning, including budgeting and cost containment
- Maintain clear, effective communication with managers and coworkers
- Support Regulatory readiness and related compliance standards
- Complete special projects as assigned
Required qualifications/skills:
- Associate Degree in Business Administration or IT preferred
- Two years' experience in a commercial IT department required
- Healthcare IT Department experience preferred
