Job description

We are seeking professional Full Time Administrative Assistants to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm. Full benefits package offered, 401K, FSA, paid holidays and vacations. Must pass background test, physical and drug screening.

Responsibilities may include but not limited to the following:

  • Assist with billing processes, payroll, contracts
  • Assist service scheduling & coordination
  • Correspond with customers and team
  • Answer inbound telephone calls; backup to receptionist
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform various office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration a must
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Thrive in fast paced office environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Must be able to work independently
