Title: All Ripken Games Baseball Coach

Organization: Unrivaled Sports | All-Ripken Games
Position Type: Seasonal / Event-Based
Location: Pigeon Forge, TN

Event Dates: August 13th -16th, 2026

Position Summary:

Unrivaled Sports is seeking experienced and passionate Baseball and Softball Coaches to serve as on-field leaders for All-Ripken Games events. Coaches play a critical role in delivering a first-class developmental and competitive experience for elite youth athletes. This position is ideal for high school, collegiate, or professional-level coaches who are committed to player development, leadership, and excellence on and off the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach assigned All-Ripken Games teams during practices and games
  • Create a positive, instructional, and competitive environment for athletes
  • Provide position-specific instruction and player feedback
  • Manage lineups, substitutions, and pitch counts in accordance with event rules
  • Ensure equal playing time and adherence to All-Ripken roster guidelines
  • Collaborate with Field Coordinators, umpires, and event staff to maintain smooth game flow
  • Uphold all player safety standards and tournament rules
  • Serve as a positive ambassador of the All-Ripken and Unrivaled Sports brand

Qualifications

Required Experience:

  • High School or Collegiate coaching experience (Baseball or Softball)
  • High School or Collegiate-level playing experience or higher
  • Strong understanding of player development, game strategy, and positional instruction

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience coaching elite youth athletes or showcase events
  • Ability to effectively communicate with athletes, parents, and event staff
  • Professional demeanor and strong leadership presence
  • Passion for teaching, mentorship, and athlete development
