What You'll Do
  • Diagnose and repair gasoline, hybrid, and electric vehicles
  • Perform repairs according to Ford factory standards
  • Utilize manufacturer diagnostic equipment and technology
  • Conduct Video Multi-Point Inspections (MPIs)
  • Collaborate with Service Advisors on repair recommendations
  • Complete warranty repairs accurately and efficiently
  • Document repairs and findings thoroughly
  • Maintain productivity while delivering exceptional workmanship
  • Participate in ongoing Ford training and certification programs
  • Stay current on technical service bulletins and emerging technologies
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow OSHA and dealership safety procedures

What We're Looking ForRequired
  • 3-5 years of professional automotive technician experience
  • Strong diagnostic and repair skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to produce quality flat-rate hours efficiently

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
