Propane Delivery Driver (CDL Class B)

Propane Energy Partners

Join Our Team

Propane Energy Partners is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Propane Delivery Driver to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in delivering essential energy services to our customers while representing our commitment to safety, reliability, and exceptional service.

What You'll Do

  • Safely operate a propane delivery truck and deliver propane to residential and commercial customers
  • Transfer propane from truck to customer tanks following all safety procedures
  • Perform routine inspections and minor repairs on propane equipment (leak tests, appliances, etc.)
  • Assist with tank installations and service work as needed
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure compliance with DOT regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of plant facilities and equipment
  • Provide excellent customer service with a professional and respectful attitude
  • Accurately complete delivery tickets, logs, and required documentation
  • Follow all company safety policies and report incidents promptly
  • Participate in required training and certification programs

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of commercial driving experience with a clean driving record
  • Valid CDL Class B license with Hazmat, Tanker, and Air Brake endorsements(or willingness to get)
  • Ability to meet all DOT requirements (physical, drug screen, road test)
  • Basic computer skills for customer and delivery systems
  • Mechanical aptitude for minor equipment repairs
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

Physical & Work Requirements

  • Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ lbs regularly
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Flexible schedule, including occasional weekends and holidays
