Aerospace Sales Support & Data Input Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Aerospace Sales Support & Data Input Specialist with 3–5+ years of experience in the aviation industry. This role combines sales support, customer relationship management, and accurate data entry. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of aircraft products and services, a proven sales track record, and the ability to build long-term client relationships. Prior knowledge of cost accounting is preferred.
Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of strategic sales plans to meet company targets 
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the aviation market 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with aircraft owners, operators, and industry partners 
  • Prepare and manage sales proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements 
  • Accurately input and maintain sales and customer data in systems 
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and monitor competitors 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery 
Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of sales experience in the aircraft or aviation industry (required) 
  • Strong knowledge of aircraft parts, products, services, or operations 
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
