NOTE: This position is located at Baumholder, West Germany. Candidates will be considered who are already in country.

Position: Terminal Manager (TM)
Reports to: Program Manager
Location: Baumholder, Germany
Opening(s): 1 - Full Time

POSITION SUMMARY:

Terminal Manager (TM): To ensure on-site management of PWS requirements. (1) The TM shall have significant, specialized commercial or military experience in fuel terminal operations and maintenance performing and supervising tasks equivalent to an AF Fuels Management seven skill level (2F071) or nine-skill level (2F091) personnel. This experience shall include receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping petroleum products via tank truck, pipeline, rail, or tanker/barge as appropriate to the USAG installation's mode of receipt capability and maintenance and repair of bulk petroleum storage terminals, systems, and equipment. (2) The TM shall have significant, relevant, and preferably recent supervisory experience. Although general supervisory experience may be included, specialized supervisory experience in fuel terminal operations with emphasis in terminal maintenance, operations and environmental compliance must be predominant.


MENTAL/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
The applicant must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle and prioritize multiple, competing tasks and demands and to seek supervisory assistance as appropriate.


MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS: (education, experience, skills, and abilities)

Minimum of two years experience in operating bulk fuel storage and distribution systems and equipment
Must be familiar with Fuels Manager computer program
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government Position of Trust (Favorable NACI)
Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license
Although after hours support is kept to a minimum, applicant must be willing to work after hours support if needed.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be licensed in accordance with the vehicle operating laws, regulations, and codes of the Country in which operating equipment and shall be/remain in compliance with all such requirements for the duration of their employment.

Must be able to obtain/maintain all security requirements to work on contract to include but not limited to: Criminal background check, Police Report, U.S. Government background investigation, and applicable base access requirements.
