Job Description Summary

Responsible for Agua Caliente Fuel's inventory integrity to include purchase and receiving, merchandising and inventory management. Assist cashier staff as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)

  • Spearhead monthly inventory -scanning and input.
  • Receive all orders from vendors and input in Dataworks.
  • Keep the back-stock room organized and in order.
  • Help stock and re-stock all items in the store front and coolers.
  • Operate all aspects of the Dataworks software.
  • Run reports of the fastest moving items at Agua Caliente Fuel's store.
  • Ensure that all damaged/expired/credit products are put into Dataworks and sent to accounting at end of month.
  • Work with Management on price changes when needed.
  • Assist in ensuring all items are being rung up correctly with correct price.
  • Ensure new product is placed into Dataworks before product arrives.
  • Work closely with Management on all inventory related items
  • Assist in all cashier duties.
  • Provides excellent customer service to both guest and internal clients.
  • Must comply with all applicable ACF System of Internal Controls, Standard Operating Procedures and all Tribal Regulations.

  • 1 year guest service experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to work with other departments and have excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be able to communicate in English.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the convenience store, Java Caliente, offices, and various areas of the properties, including walking up to 1 mile, climbing stairs, lifting, and stocking. Must be able to work in a cooler that is below 40 degrees.

The individual must be able to work with various levels of noise in the work environment which is usually moderate. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
