"Store Point" is a specific NCR POS product and should not be confused with a general store POS system (Store Point of Sale).
Must Have's:
Experience 4-8 years
Role Summary
The NCR StorePoint Techno Functional Consultant supports all back-office functions including pricebook, promotions, store and vendor setup, daily sales reconciliation, fuel data, and integration with other store applications.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities
Serve as SME for NCR StorePoint POS ,back-office (Pricebook, Inventory, Vendors, Fuel, Reports)
Perform item master, PLU, pricing, cost, and promo updates
Maintain store parameters, registers, devices, and configuration settings
Handle vendor setup, invoices, receiving, and inventory adjustments
Validate sales, tax, deposit.
Support daily BO workflows: EOD, financials, data sync validations
Troubleshoot store-level discrepancies (sales, promotions, fuel variances)
Technical Responsibilities
Support L3 analysis for StorePoint failures, sync issues, or batch job failures
Debug StorePoint logs, SQL records, import/export processes
Monitor and fix integrations issues.
Validate StorePoint upgrade patches in test/lower environments
Create and execute SQL queries for troubleshooting and data corrections
RCA for recurring BO issues or repeated store discrepancies
Operational Responsibilities
Oversee deployment of pricebook updates across regions/stores
Provide support during store openings, migrations, mass item changes, or new rollouts
Maintain SOPs and process documentation for StorePoint workflows
Coordinate with business teams on inventory, vendor, and fuel management processes
Support compliance reporting and reconciliation routines
Required Skills
Strong expertise in NCR StorePoint modules (Pricebook, Vendors, Fuel, Inventory)
Hands-on experience in data sync, item management, and store operations workflows
Experience with SQL, XML file analysis, StorePoint job framework
