$23 – $27/hr DOE + Monthly Performance-Based Bonus
Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Henner Tank Lines, Inc., a premier fuel carrier, is hiring an Fuel Inventory Specialist  to join our team in Vacaville. This role is key to tracking fuel inventory, supporting dispatch, and keeping operations running smoothly

What You’ll Do

  • Track and update fuel inventory levels.
  • Enter and manage loads in the dispatch system.
  • Respond to customer emails and provide support.
  • Prepare reports on inventory, deliveries, and customer orders.
  • Audit inventory records and resolve discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with Dispatch and Operations leadership.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of customer service or admin experience preferred.
  • Strong Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized; able to multitask under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Adept at learning new systems.
