Job description

Essential Job Functions:
  • Provide efficient and courteous service to customers at all times.
  • Scan and ring customer orders according to company policy.
  • Receive and be accountable for all funds taken for each transaction.
  • Keep workstation and area around fuel station neat and clean.
  • Know and follow all state and local laws regarding cigarette/tobacco sales.
  • Know and follow all federal laws regarding food stamp.
  • Know and follow all coupon handling procedures.
  • Follow company check cashing and tendering procedures.
  • Make schedule on a weekly basis.
  • Assist with light stocking duties (candy, cigarettes, chips, motor oil).
  • Sweep and mop work area.
  • Cleaning the concrete area around the pumps of the fuel station daily with approved methods.
  • Replace misplaced items to the proper location.
  • Collect trash as needed.
  • Keep paper towels and windshield wiper fluid stocked at pumps.
  • Keep pumps clean.
  • Order and maintain proper stock levels on products sold in the kiosk.
  • Order and maintain supplies (paper, ribbons, paper towels, windshield washer fluid).
  • Maintain proper signage.
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed.
