National Fuel is seeking a Financial Analyst for an outstanding career opportunity in our Finance Services department at our Williamsville, NY headquarters. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Participate in the ongoing strategic planning process, including the preparation of financial forecasts, analyses and presentations for executive management, the Board of Directors and external stakeholders
  • Strong technical skillset with the ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and support financial systems, including proficiency system workflows and technology-driven problem solving
  • Analyze financial performance and key business expense drivers
  • Cross training and assisting with the day-to-day responsibilities of various functional teams within Finance

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting or related Business field
  • Excellent analytical skills, with an interest in finance and accounting concepts
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work efficiently with strong problem solving skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated reliability, self-motivation, and willingness to learn

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The base salary range for this position is $62,500 - $90,000
This job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of pay that National Fuel believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job. The specific base pay offered to a successful applicant will be based primarily on relevant professional experience. Other components that may be considered include: individual qualifications, licensures, industry specific experience, education and market demands for specialized skills. The pay range is subject to change at any time based on various internal and external factors. Exempt positions will also be eligible for an Annual Cash Bonus Plan.
