Job description

Circa Service FL is looking for a highly organized and experienced Residential HVAC Service Manager to lead our service team. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and leader with deep technical HVAC knowledge and a proven track record of managing field teams. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our technicians deliver top-tier service while meeting performance and quality standards.

Qualifications and Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the residential HVAC service team

  • Provide technical support and guidance to field technicians

  • Monitor job progress and ensure timely, high-quality service

  • Conduct regular team meetings, ride-alongs, and performance evaluations

  • Assist with scheduling, dispatch coordination, and workload balancing

  • Resolve escalated customer issues professionally and efficiently

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

  • Review service tickets and invoices for accuracy and completeness

  • Support hiring, training, and onboarding of new technicians

  • Maintain clear communication between technicians, dispatch, and management

  • Track team performance metrics and drive continuous improvement

  • Stay current with HVAC codes, technology, and industry best practices

Experience:

  • EPA certification required; NATE certification preferred

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
