SUMMARY

Responsible for the safe, efficient and profitable operation of the company’s Kluge Yard Fuel Island. This includes but is not limited to:

1) Managing the inventory of all stored fuel at the Kluge Yard including fuel that is stored in the fuel island tanks and
tanks that are located outside of the fuel island
2) Overseeing all fuel transfers
3) Recording daily usage of the “Global Fuel Card”
4) Keep track of customer purchases and turn in required documentation

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES amp; RESPONSIBILITIES

· Stick tanks daily and report inventory to the appropriate recipients

· Maintain proper fuel levels in all tanks throughout the day to keep from running out of any products

· Oversee all fuel transfers into inventory and sign off on volume delivered

· Manage the “Global Fuel Card” and assure the accuracy of all transactions

· Manage the fuel cards and key fobs for all employees and trucks; assign cards for new hires and suspend cards for inactive employees

· Keep up with all maintenance, repairs and cleanliness of the fuel island and report any issues to the Director of Tanks, Lubes and Service immediately

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS amp; ABILITIES

· Verbal and written communication skills;

· Strong interpersonal skills;

· Must be able to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines;

· Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook;

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

· Lifting and carrying up to 60 pounds;
