It is what we do at Frontier Community Credit Union. We are seeking a service-oriented individual to fill our Full-Time Call Center Representative position at our Ft Leavenworth location as we expand. If you enjoy helping people and are comfortable talking on a phone, we encourage you to apply and become part of the movement!

Our Call Center Representatives provide exceptional service primarily through phone, email, and chat communication to inbound callers and members. This will include receiving and resolving a wide range of financial requests, such as transferring funds from member accounts and maintaining member records; handling inquiries; and researching and resolving escalated cases.

Work Schedule

  • Monday - Friday 8:45 am - 5:15 pm, Alternating Saturday 8:45 am - 12:15 pm

Other Call Center Duties Include:

  • Providing prompt, accurate, professional, and friendly service to all of our members
  • Requires problem-solving when the established procedure does not fully address the inquiry
  • Adhere to compliance policies when resolving client issues
  • Preparing required daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Maintaining a dependable record of attendance and timeliness

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Being bilingual in Spanish is a plus, and will earn a pay differential once certified
  • Minimum one to two years related experience (call center experience, customer service)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), and the ability to learn and navigate multiple technology platforms while interacting with members
