Fuddruckers is hiring a qualified part time Fry Cook to become a valuable team member for our food truck.  The Fry Cook is required to prep, hand batter & fry sides, chicken entrees as part of their duties. He/she is responsible for preparing other products, which will involve cutting and lifting products in cases as well as assembling, measuring, portioning and restocking. The ideal Fry Cook candidate has a minimum of one year training and/or experience in the art and is responsible to:

  • Prepare all products to Fuddruckers specifications, following freshness standards, temperatures and hold times as directed by company, local, state and federal guidelines
  • Keep open communication with other Cooks and the Expeditor to meet Guest needs
  • Monitor ticket times to ensure Guests receive their order in accordance to Fuddruckers ticket time standards
  • Practice, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures according to policy and health/sanitation regulations
  • Manage and maintain a safe working condition
  • Maintain fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensure products are consistent with quality standards
  • Professional appearance required (see uniform standards)
  • Problem solver that has the ability to adapt and overcome
  • Ability to multitask
  • Must be a team player with a high since of urgency
  • Ability to cross train in other areas as needed
  • Follow all Fry Cook – Job Responsibilities as listed
