Please ensure that they have solid experience in dispositioning non-conformances or MRB design for non-conformances as part of their quality experience? 
This is crucial as 40% of the work will involve dispositioning non-conformances.
 
Key skills:
10 years of MRB experience in Aerospace domain (Preferably Quality Engineering experience).
Strong background/experience in concessions / MRB for providing frontline support to manufacturing operations.
Candidate should have experience on making decision on disposition of the Non-Conformances and should have good communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree science or engineering fields Physics, Chemistry, Aerospace, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering. Will consider associate’s degree in engineering and 4 years of professional experience in manufacturing/Design/Quality, in lieu of Bachelors.
 
Following are the other requirements.
US Citizenship per ITAR regulations to comply with export compliance and site SSA requirements.
Track and report the status of open QNs in the ERP system in terms of turn-around times, priorities, closure rates, ageing QNs etc
Knowledge on SAP system (Creation and Closure of QNs/Concessions).
